“Content” means all scenes and characters available to the User, including any new scenes and characters that Licensor makes available to the User during the Term. “Confidential Information” means the content of this Agreement and any technical information, financial information, trade secrets, customer lists and other information that a Party receives or obtains (orally, in writing or in any other form) as a result of entering into or performing its obligations under this Agreement or that otherwise relates to a Party. “Business Day” means a day on which banks are open for business in Sweden (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
