What you can do to improve performance though is download something like Acrylic WiFi Home and it will show you which channels are in use in your area. It looks like you are in America as you currently have Channels 1-11 selected. So select whatever country you live in and it will only allow you to use legal channels. The Country Regions (both 2.4 & 5 GHz) is a legal thing. I can't tell you what they all do but in general if you don't have a reason to change something that is already working then don't.
